Delivery & Returns

The EBKE is supplied from our central warehouse. The delivery time is a maximum of five days and the transport is provided by DPD. After receiving the payment you will get the invoice by email and once the EBKE has been sent, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. The EBKE is only offered at the delivery address. If you are not present, you can contact the courier to schedule a new delivery appointment.

Of course, ordering an EBKE personal takes a little longer. We have a production time of up to three weeks after the design and color have been approved. You will receive a notification as soon as your EBKE Personal is ready and you will also receive a message with the Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been sent. The EBKE is only offered at the delivery address.

If you make a purchase via the internet or by telephone, you can first assess whether you want to keep the product, just like in a normal store. A statutory cooling-off period of 14 calendar days applies to this. Within that period you can let us know that you are canceling the purchase. You can use the form that we will gladly send you upon request. This does not apply to the personalized EBKE e-bikes. Since these are “made to measure”, they cannot be exchanged. We will of course do everything to resolve any complaints about the EBKE as quickly as possible.

Within 7 days after you let us know that you are canceling the purchase, you have to send back the bike on your costs. we will return the purchase amount once we have received the goods back. Contact us when you need more information.
